The Chateau inn, at the heart of the estate, serves (with bookings only) local specialities prepared with products exclusively from the garden and the free range farm.

Specialities: liver parcel, supreme of chicken with Pineau, goose and duck flambéed with Cognac, conserve of rabbit with herbs, rabbit quenelles with truffle, gourmet salad, medallions of stuffed guinea fowl, layered fruit tart, Cognac mousse.
Set menus: from €25 to €50 all inclusive

Meals: up to 60 people in the farm inn and 150 people in the distillery.

Open: from june to september : 7 days a week, Saturday and Sunday lunch and every evening.
From october to May : Friday evening, Saturday lunch and evening, Sunday lunch.
